The brief

Slow living, designed in.

Unallome is a tranquil 12-room bed and breakfast in North Goa that embodies the region's 'susegad' philosophy of slow, intentional living — a stay designed to be lingered in, not passed through.

The recently refurbished property is embraced by a lush, tropical garden, with coastal-inspired, rustic interiors throughout. Its twelve generously sized rooms have an airy, spacious layout, and each has its own balcony, offering a private retreat in which to unwind and take in the surroundings. Inside, a bookshelf wall and framed line art give the shared spaces the feel of a lived-in home rather than a hotel.

Set in Morjim village, a quick two-minute ride from Morjim Beach, the property also works as a community space. An in-house bistro anchors the food, while events — art journalling parties, drum circles, and mandala making among them — bring guests and neighbours together, so the stay remains social even at its most serene.

01 / Stay

Twelve rooms, each with a balcony.

Generous, airy rooms open onto private balconies, so every guest gets a quiet edge of the garden to themselves.

02 / Setting

A garden between the rooms and the sea.

Lush tropical planting wraps the refurbished building, minutes from Morjim Beach, keeping the interiors shaded, green, and calm.

03 / Community

A bistro and a community table.

An in-house bistro and a programme of events — art journalling, drum circles, mandala making — make the property a place to meet, not just to sleep.
